Tyler Langenfeld

After a decade of service at Accra, Tyler was appointed Sr. Director of 245D Services in July 2023. In this role, Tyler leads and directs all current Accra 245D licensed services and ensures the program operates in conjunction with all required guidelines and regulations.

Tyler joined Accra in 2013 as a Case Manager and Qualified Professional, coordinating and supervising services for families across Minnesota. He quickly became an expert on the nuances of 245D services, and by 2018, he was named director of the 245D Program at Accra.

Tyler came to Accra with 10 years of experience working at Lifeworks Services, Inc., where he served as a customized support manager, vocational specialist and service facilitator. Throughout his career, Tyler has been a relentless advocate for home services and the larger disability community. He has testified in committees at the Minnesota state legislature to advocate for the programs that help Minnesotans live more independently.

Tyler earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Minnesota.
