With over 20 years of healthcare operations leadership experience, Rochelle brings expert knowledge of operations leadership, best practices, and procedures to her role as Accra’s Sr. Program Director of PCA/CFSS and Compliance.
In her first stint at Accra, Rochelle served as the organization’s RN Administrative Director, managing the RN case management provided to more than 1,200 clients and their families. After a five-year tenure as a director and administrator at Bayada Home Health Care, Rochelle returned to Accra in 2016 as the PCA Choice Program Director.
In her current role, Rochelle helps set the vision and strategic plan for operational excellence within the PCS/CFSS program and is responsible for Accra’s overall compliance with state and federal rules and regulations. She also leads the development and implementation of the new CFSS program at Accra.
As a Registered Nurse with a master's degree in organizational leadership, Rochelle has a unique skillset. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Nursing at Luther College and her Master of Arts Degree at St. Catherine University.
With experience in statewide and multi-office leadership and team development, Rochelle also serves in multiple roles for the Minnesota Home Care Association, as a member of the MHCA Board of Directors, DHS Liaison Workgroup and Leadership Development Committee.
