Hannah Rutt

A human resources professional with expertise in leadership development and operations, Hannah has worked in HR at Accra since 2016. She served as an HR specialist and program manager until she was promoted to HR Director in 2021, and subsequently, Sr. HR Director in 2024.

Hannah is passionate about working with people and supporting the employees that make a business thrive. She takes a “boots on the ground” approach in the support of her team, by taking the time to understand their individual roles and responsibilities and helping to develop approaches and processes that will deliver successful outcomes for employees and clients alike.

Prior to joining Accra, Hannah worked as an HR Generalist at Aramark and as the Access Adventures Coordinator at Melwood Horticultural Training Center, where she planned and led an assisted travel program for adults with disabilities.

Hannah earned a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Colorado Mesa University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Resources Management and Services from Colorado State University Global. She also previously served as a cabin leader and special education paraeducator, working with students and campers with varying physical and emotional abilities.

Hannah loves to curl up with a book or spend time at one of Minnesota’s many lakes. She is constantly updating Accra’s best practices by keeping an eye on new theories and styles in the ever-changing world of human resources.
